A hot latte in 90 seconds:
- Add 5 g of powder (1 heaped teaspoon) to your cup.
- Pour in a splash of hot water and whisk for 10 seconds into a smooth paste.
- Top up with about 200 ml of hot milk, dairy or plant-based.
- Froth for 30 seconds with a milk frother or a small whisk.
Iced version: shake the dissolved powder with cold milk and ice. Oat and rice milks bring out its vanilla notes best.

Ube is a purple yam grown in the Philippines, in Southeast Asia. Its colour comes from anthocyanins, pigments found naturally in its flesh. We dry it at low temperature, then mill it into a fine powder. That's all there is in the pouch.
