Add a heaped teaspoon of powder (about 5 g) to your cup. Pour in a splash of hot water and whisk for 10 seconds. Top up with about 200 ml of hot milk, dairy or plant-based, then froth for 30 seconds.

Your latte is ready in about 90 seconds, no coffee machine needed. For an iced version, shake the powder with cold milk and ice in a shaker.
